Priority Services Register

What is the Priority Services Register?

To get extra help, you can apply to be added to our priority services register. This is a free support service that makes sure extra help is available to you should you need it.

You could be eligible for this support if you:

• Have reached your state pension age
• Are disabled or have a long-term medical condition
• Are recovering from an injury
• Have a hearing or sight condition
• Have a mental health condition
• Are pregnant or have a young children
• Have extra communication needs
• Need to use medical equipment that requires a power supply
• Have poor or no sense of smell
• Would struggle to answer the door or get help in an emergency.

How to register?

If you believe you may be eligible and would like to sign up for the Priority Service Register:

• If you receive heating and hot water bills from Vital Energi or have a prepayment meter managed by Vital Energi, please call our team on 0808 208 0063.
• If you receive electricity from a Vital Energi Power network please call 08000590129.
• Once we have logged your details, you (or your representative) will be sent some forms to complete and return.
• When the forms are returned, our database will be updated, and the documents stored in a secure location.
• We will keep your details secure following the GDPR.
